Baked Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch of kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt (or season salt)

 

DIRECTIONS:

The best part about this delicious snack? Eat your heart out. Low calories. Healthy. And oh so tasty!

 

Preheat oven to 350⁰ F. Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.

 

Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash kale, and dry using a salad spinner (or air dry). Add to a mixing bowl salt and olive oil. Add the kale and toss to coat.

 

Sprinkle a thin single layer on the baking sheet. Bake until edges are brown but not burnt about 10 – 15 minutes.
