INGREDIENTS:
A ripe Avocado
A ripe Tomato
Small red onion
Olive Oil
A lemon
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Chop the tomato and avocado. Thinly slice some red onion (to taste). Add to a bowl, a dash of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. That’s it! A quick and easy lunch. If you want to get fancy, add some chopped cilantro or parsley.
