Ice Cream(less)

INGREDIENTS:

4 large ripe bananas

 

DIRECTIONS:

Peel bananas and chop into coins. Evenly sliced. Put in an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Put the bananas in a food processor and blend and pulse. At first they will look crumbly, then like a mushy goo, then it will look like oatmeal. Keep scraping down the food processor, and pulse away until it’s creamy. Keep blending. It will turn creamy I promise. This is the point you will add in any extras (see below). Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until solid.
