What can I eat?
The answer is plenty! Instead of sacrificing certain foods like most diets, we’re just going to laterally shift and choose a comparable alternative-most importantly without sacrificing flavor. I’ve only included a few of my favorite recipes, just to give you a little bit of inspiration that there is still plenty you can eat!
These recipes were inspired by either previous clients, or by a collection of my all-time favorites. I am not a chef. I don’t even consider myself a cook, so throwing fancy technique or ingredients wasn’t an option for. Most of the recipes are eyeball measurements, meaning if you like garlic, add extra. Not a fan of the olives? Don’t use olives. I want cooking to be easy, fun, and most importantly, stress free.
